Best of all, you won't have any icky aftertastes as this ramen is completely free of additives, preservatives and MSG.
This version is made without garlic and green onion, in accordance with the principles of "Sanengokun", the avoidance of meat and pungent flavors in Buddhist cuisine. While milder than the spicy version, it is absolutely delicious!

- Ingredients: Noodles (Wheat Flour, Salt),Soup (Miso, Soy Sauce, Salt, Protein hydrolysate (derived from soybean), Sesame Oil, Salt, Brown Sugar, Sesame Paste, Yeast Extract, Ground Sesame, Ginger Paste, Chili Oil, Kelp Extract, shiitake mushroom extract, Spices), Brine, Modified Starch.

Instructions:
- Fill a pot with 400ml of water and bring to a boil.
- Add noodles and stir gently to prevent sticking. If water bubbles over, lower cooking temperature.
- Cook for 2 and a half to 3 minutes.
- Add the soup flavoring packet and turn off the heat, mix thoroughly
- Top with your favorite additional spices, furikake, or veggies.
