I recently bought a bento box from Japan and am extremely happy with the product. It arrived quickly and was packaged very carefully. Although customs duties were supposed to be included in the price, I was unexpectedly charged import taxes by Dutch customs upon delivery. When I contacted the seller about this, they refunded the amount quickly and without any hassle. Excellent service and a trustworthy seller, highly recommended!

Enjoy the bento boxes for lunch
It said microwaveable when I was sorting though all the different boxes but is indeed not microwaveable.

We were able to visit Japan this year and loved eating from a Bento Box. Now we can do this at home. We really wanted to have a genuine Japanese box

Beautiful bento box!
These arrived in perfect condition, and were higher quality than I was expecting. The plastic is strong and the red insert is easy to remove. The lid is very nice and detailed, and fits well.
At last, I have a Bento Box! When I get sushi and tsukemono at my market and I steam some dim sum, I put them in my bento and set it on my table with hashi, shoyu and some good sake. Then I have a beautiful meal that is as enjoyable to look at as it is to eat. Next time I go to my favorite sushi restaurant in Seattle to get sushi to go I will bring my bento box and have them put my order in it. Perfect plan!!!!
Easy to clean and handle. The size is just right for my family event.
Did not stay shut, and was a mess to try to take for the day. Now we have a very expensive unused box in our cabinet.

I can’t even believe how high quality and fun this product is! Stuck at home and unable to go to our favorite restaurants, this product gave us so much joy. We can mix and match our favorite Japanese recipes. We will order more to have a big bento party when the pandemic is over!!!
I ordered a few from other manufacturers and found all of them to be of low quality and they cost more than the ones I bought from Bento and Co. These are beautifully made. They were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition well packaged to protect them from their long trip from Japan to the United States. I like serving dinner in these to my family even if we're not having Asian food. The bento helps with portion control and organizing food into something beautiful to look at has really gotten my children motivated to eat all sorts of new food as well as old favorites. Your imagination is the only limit to what can be served in them!
