From the same makers as the legendary Kyo Rayu Furikake.

This delectable furikake is made from minced chicken  cooked in dashi stock, chili pepper, and plenty of Japanese Sansho pepper. Sansho is in the same family as Sichuan pepper, but has more of a citrusy flavor profile. This rich, umami seasoning is perfect for mapo-tofu, tantanmen noodles, rice, meat, and more!
