The YukiHira Nabe Pot | 16cm is an adaptable tool that you'll be reaching for everyday. Perfect for Japanese miso soup, stews, or even boiling pasta noodles!

Details & Care
  • Capacity: 1.2 liters

  • Materials: 18-0 stainless steel with natural beech wood handle

  • Works on gas, halogen, electric, radiant and induction (200V compatible) stoves!

Care:

  • Before using, fill the pot with water and add about a 1/2 cup of vegetable peelings. Boil over high heat for about 15 minutes and discard. This helps prevent discoloration.
  • Handwash with a soft sponge.
  • Do not use in dishwasher, microwave, or oven
  • In case of discoloration, fill pot with water and 1/2 a lemon thinly sliced, or citric acid or vinegar, and boil for about 15 minutes. Let this mixture cool overnight and then wash with a detergent and sponge.
