This smooth Uji Matcha Milk Jam can be enjoyed in so many ways! Made by slowly simmering milk from Hokkaido with sugar for 2 hours until it becomes luscious and gooey. Matcha from Uji, Kyoto is then added when the milk mixture is cooled to the optimal temperature to maximize the release of the rich matcha flavor.
Made by the historic Chikiriya Tea Shop in Kyoto, founded in 1854.
