This bigger version of the Suri Urushi box is a stylish, oval wooden box with a traditional Japanese design. The body of the box is made with wood that has been lacquered (urushi in Japanese). 

What We Love About It:

  • Made using a traditional steam bending wood craft technique called magewappa, which involves heating up thin pieces of wood and carefully bending them into their final shape.
