Cancel Your Order

Need to cancel your order? Here's how to do it, depending on the stage it's at.

Before your order ships

Want to cancel before it leaves our warehouse?

Contact us as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't been packed yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.

Please note: We process orders quickly. If your order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible at this stage, but you can still return it once it arrives (see below).

After your order has shipped (Right of Withdrawal)

You have 14 days to change your mind.

Under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Once you notify us, you then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

Return costs & refund

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in case of a change of mind. If you received a defective item or one different from the one ordered, we will resend it at our expense.

We advise you to use a tracked shipping method, as Bento&co cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please note: If you only return part of your order, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exceptions (items that cannot be returned)

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food items, tea with a short use-by date)
  • Sealed items that have been opened where return is not possible for hygiene reasons (e.g. sealed food containers once unsealed)
