Care Instructions:

• Not dishwasher-safe. After cooking, transfer food out and wash the pan by hand with mild soap and a soft sponge.
• Avoid soaking the wooden handle; instead, wipe it with a damp cloth if needed.
• Dry the pan thoroughly to prevent any spots or minor rust (stainless steel is rust-resistant, but it’s good practice to keep it dry).

Usage Warnings:

• Do not use this pan for high-heat frying or stir-frying – it’s designed for simmering. Extremely high heat can cause discoloration or warping.
• Use medium heat for best results, especially on induction.
• Also, because of the shallow design, avoid overfilling (no more than 2/3 full) to prevent boil-overs.
