Goma Furikake | Ume is a mouth watering furikake from the famous Nishiki Kai store in Kyoto. It features the tartness and slight sweetness of Japanese pickled plum with the savory flavor of toasted sesame, and is great on rice, salads, and more!

  • Ingredients: Sesame seeds, salt, sugars (sugar, oligosaccharides), fermented seasonings, bonito extract, plum (Kishu plum from Wakayama / Seasoning (amino acids, etc.), acidulant, coloring agent (monascus pigment, red cabbage pigment), perilla flavor
