A masterpiece of one of our favorite Japanese craftsmen Mr. Hasehira, these Miyama Chopsticks showcase the natural beauty of Shitan (Rosewood).
Shitan is an extremely rare and durable hardwood, and is often used for Buddhist altars, instruments, and furniture.
Elevate your mealtimes with this stunning pair of hand carved wooden chopsticks.
(Note: Last picture is included for scale, and features chopsticks made from a different wood.

The Story
HASEHIRA-SAMA
It all started when Miyama woodworker Mr. Hasehira saw us on national TV and felt inspired to create his own line of bento boxes! When we saw the results of his efforts, we were absolutely delighted. We are incredibly honored to exclusively sell these limited-edition pieces, which Mr. Hasehira continues to meticulously hand-make for our shop.
