Details & Care
  • Dimensions:  13x 18cm (5.12" x 7.1") without the handle.
  • Material: Body: Aluminum alloy, non-stick fluorine coating, stainless steel. Handle: Phenolic resin (heat-resistant up to 150 degrees celsius)
  • Compatible with all stove-types (including gas, electric, vitroceramic and induction stoves)
  • Made in China

Care Instructions:

  • Although the coating is scratch-resistant, use only wooden or silicone utensils to maintain its non-stick quality over the long term.
  • Hand wash with mild soap and a soft sponge to preserve the coating (it’s very easy to clean – food practically wipes off).
  • Dishwasher is not recommended, as harsh detergents can shorten the life of any non-stick coating.

Usage Tips:

  • Preheat the pan on low heat for a minute, then add a few drops of oil (spread with a paper towel) to get the slickest surface for the first egg layer. Because it’s so non-stick, you can roll and flip your tamagoyaki with ease.
  • This pan is also great for making Western omelettes, frying a single burger or fish fillet, or grilling sandwiches. It’s a multi-purpose size that you’ll find yourself using beyond just tamagoyaki!
Our Favorite Things
  • Superior non-stick performance: This pan features an extra-strong three-layer Blue Diamond™ coating, renowned for its durability and slick surface. You need only a dab of oil to cook tamagoyaki, making healthier omelettes that slide out effortlessly. No more stubborn sticking – even beginners can roll eggs like a pro.
  • Scratch-resistant and robust: The Blue Diamond coating is infused with diamond particles (one of the hardest materials), which makes it highly scratch-resistant and longer lasting than typical Teflon pans. You can trust that this pan will remain the best Japanese non-stick pan in your arsenal for many breakfasts to come.
  • Ideal size for home cooks: At 13×18 cm, it’s slightly smaller than a professional sushi shop’s pan, which is perfect for home use (about 2–3 eggs per tamagoyaki). It heats up quickly and evenly, so each layer of egg cooks uniformly without hot spots.
  • Comfort and style: The pan’s exterior is a sleek blue color that looks beautiful in the kitchen. It has an ergonomic handle made of heat-resistant phenolic resin – comfortable to hold and it stays cool enough for stovetop handling. This pan combines a beautiful pan aesthetic with top-notch functionality.
  • Induction-compatible: Unlike many aluminum pans, this one has a stainless steel base that makes it compatible with induction cooktops, in addition to gas and electric. So wherever you cook (even on an IH stove), you can enjoy making perfect Japanese omelettes.
