Enjoy fresh spring produce in the style of Japanese “Tsukemono” with the Asazuke no Moto - Instant Pickle Seasoning. Great side with rice, miso shiru and some fish.

How to use:
- Use 1 packet of Asazuke no Moto and 200 grams of vegetables (turnips, daikon, Napa cabbage or cucumbers)
- Add to a ziplock bag along with the packet of Asazuke no Moto and massage vegetables so that it is distributed well
- Remove excess air from ziplock bag, close and place in refrigerator for 30 min
- Drain excess liquid and gently squeeze vegetables. Enjoy!
- For extra flavor, add dried chili pepper, chopped shiso, ginger, or myoga
