• The pot is coated in a ultrathin silicone coating to prevent rusting before use. As you cook with the pan, the silicone coating will naturally wear off. Please rest assured that the silicone is food-safe and is completely safe to consume.
• Capacity: 2.2 L
• Note: Do not use it in the microwave or with high flames.
• Hand wash and dry thoroughly. Do not soak in water or store in humid places as that may cause rusting.

Warnings:

• For tempura/deep frying only (do not use to boil, or simmer food).
• Always use oven mitts or protective gloves when handling in use.
• Ensure that infants and children are kept away from the vicinity when frying. 
• Do not heat the pot when it is empty (without oil inside).
• Do not close the lid while heating the oil.
• Use low to medium heat and if using a gas stove, do not allow the flames to reach/touch the the outer walls of the pot.
• Do not use if the handles are loose or damaged.
• Do not fill the pot completely with oil, leave adequate space for frying.
• Refrain from using metal cooking utensils as they may cause scratches (use utensils made of wood, bamboo, or plastic instead).
• If the pot was heated without oil, avoid cooling it with cold water, as this may cause warping.
• Never leave the pot unattended while frying.
• The oil should not be heated above 200°C (392°F). 
• Keep your face at a safe distance from the pot while frying, as oil splatter may occur.
• After use, avoid storing food inside the pot.
• This pot cannot be used in ovens or microwaves.
• Do not stack a lot of food on the lid, move fried items after some oil has been drained to another plate.
