A masterpiece of one of our favorite Japanese craftsmen Mr. Hasehira, the Miyama Octagonal Bento 374 | Tamo is a large octagonal bento showcasing the natural beauty of Tamo. One of the world’s rarest hardwoods, Tamo (Japanese Ash) is found only in Japan. This large, octagonal bento box is ideal for serving hors d'oeuvres or sushi sets and doubles as a timeless collector's item or family heirloom.

This specific box is made from wood with a rare moku (grain) giving it a beautifully unique wavy appearance.

It all started when Miyama woodworker Mr. Hasehira saw us on national TV and felt inspired to create his own line of bento boxes! When we saw the results of his efforts, we were absolutely delighted. We are incredibly honored to exclusively sell these limited-edition pieces, which Mr. Hasehira continues to meticulously hand-make for our shop.
