A masterpiece of one of our favorite Japanese craftsmen Mr. Hasehira, the Miyama Bento Box 357 | Tochi showcases the natural beauty of Tochi (Japanese Horse Chestnut).
Tochi is very rare and usually used in traditional Japanese furniture. Naturally dried over 5 years. Preserved in rustic condition to showcase the wood's unique characteristics.

The Story
HASEHIRA-SAMA
It all started when Miyama woodworker Mr. Hasehira saw us on national TV and felt inspired to create his own line of bento boxes! When we saw the results of his efforts, we were absolutely delighted. We are incredibly honored to exclusively sell these limited-edition pieces, which Mr. Hasehira continues to meticulously hand-make for our shop.
