Diese traditionelle japanische Pfanne wurde speziell für die Zubereitung von Oyakodon ( einer Reisschüssel mit Hühnchen und Zwiebeln in Ei und süßer Soße) entwickelt und ermöglicht ein einfaches Kochen und Servieren direkt über einer Reisschüssel. Der vertikale Griff spart Platz auf dem Herd und sorgt gleichzeitig für präzises und kontrolliertes Garen perfekt geschmorter Gerichte.

Hinweis: Der passende Deckel für diese Pfanne ist separat erhältlich. Er sorgt für gleichmäßiges Garen und hält Ihr Oyakodon saftig. Mit dem Deckel können sich die Aromen besser entfalten und das Ei gelingt perfekt auf dem Hähnchen.
