Yude Tama Egg Molds

Yude Tama Egg Molds are two sets of plastic, clamshell molds that are used to form hard boiled eggs into cute shapes. A must-have tool for charaben (cute decorated bento) artists!

To use, place a warm hardboiled egg on one side of the mold, then firmly close the other side over it. Put the mold in cold water and leave for 10 minutes. When you open up the mold your egg will have transformed into a car, a fish and so on! (There is a great step-by-step tutorial on how to use egg molds on Just Bento.)

There are two sets of two molds each. Please choose between:

- Yude Tama Sakana+Kuruma: One fish shaped mold and one car shaped mold

- Yude Tama Usagi+Kuma: One bunny and one bear shaped mold

Composition and care

Made of polypropelene. Handwashing is recommended. Not microwave or dishwasher safe.

Made in Japan.
