Do you want to try your hand at making some cute charaben, or decorative bentos? Then the Food Cutters Set is for you! There are two different sets to choose from, for all of your creative food decorating needs.

Each Food Cutters Set kit consists of 12 food cutters. Choose from:
- Enikki Set, for small elements, including an umbrella, a shooting star or a little boy. (Enikki means "illustrated diary" in Japanese.)
- Okazu Set, for bigger elements with vegetables and kawai shapes. (Okazu means the foods that are eaten with the main carbohydrate (usually plain rice) in Japanese.)

Each set also includes a pair of tweezers and a plastic pin, to aid you in placing the tiny cut-out shapes in your creative bentos.

Tips

These cutters work best with cooked food, such as ham, cooked egg, and boiled or steamed vegetable slices. You can also use them on fruit. They work best with food that's at least 3mm (1/10th of an inch) thick, and a bit flexible. Do not try to cut nori seaweed with this - you'll just get frustrated! (Use one of our nori punches for this task.)
