Are you a fan of cute and slightly strange Japanese products? Do your midnight forays to the fridge seem a bit lonely? Then Fridgeezoo is for you! Fridgeezoo is a small milk carton shaped box that sits quietly in your refrigerator.

When you open the door, it greets you in Japanese, saying things such as "Hallo!" or "Are you snacking again?" It has a practical energy-saving purpose too, since it's equipped with a temperature sensor. If you leave the door open too long, it complains "it's too hot in here!". It's a great reminder for your kids to not keep the door open for too long too.

We have three Fridgeezoo arctic animal characters available but also two new animal farms characters! Please choose your favorite when ordering.

Shirokuma (Polar Bear) is an easygoing romantist, who likes nothing more than to hibernate. If he gets too warm though, he turns a bit grumpy.

Seiuchi (Walrus) is a happy-go-lucky soul with a slight lisp because of his large tusks. Those tusks love to stay cool so don't leave the fridge door open too long.

Azarachi (Seal) with an high-pitched little voice, it will gently ask you to close the door so its ice caps won't melt.
Pengin (Penguin) is an ice-lover and will definitely lose patience as well if you let your fridge door open too long.

Ushi (Cow), the milk carton fits her so well!

Buta (Pig) has a really cute voice and is afraid of sausages inside your fridge.
Tora (Tiger) feels quite alone here among all these farm and polar animals.
Liss (Squirrel) won't eat anything in your fridge. Well, we hope so...

Characteristics, care and usage

Fridgeezoo is equipped with both a light sensor and a temperature sensor. Place Fridgeezoo in your refrigerator, preferably in a location that gets lit brightly when the door is open. (In other words, it works better if you place it in the middle of a shelf rather than in a dark corner.) At 4 cm wide x 9 cm tall (1.6" x 3.5") it takes up very little space.

Fridgeezoo has an on/off switch on the bottom, and a small tab that must be snapped off before you use it for the first time. Requires 3 LR44 alkaline button cell batteries (included). To clean, wipe with a damp cloth.

Fridgeezoo speaks one of 9 phrases (plus a couple of 'secret' ones) in Japanese when you open the refrigerator. If the refrigerator is left open for too long, it will start complaining. The Fridgeezoo characters are voiced by members of Romancecrew, a Japanese hip-hop band.
