These are three bestiary food cutters, two Dragon and one Phoenix, like the one you can see during Chinese New Year celebration. 

With a lots of details, those three pieces are very good quality cutters. 

The big Dragon is about 10cm long (3.9") and 5cm wide (1.9").

The small Dragon is about 4,2cm long (1.6") and 2,2cm wide (0.8"). 
(In case you don't know, 2012 is year of the Dragon !)

The Phoenix is about 4.5cm long (1.77") and 2,2cm wide (0.86")

You can use it for cutting fruits, piece of cheese or to make pretty cookies !

Made in Japan, stainless steel. The shape in welded manually on a large base which can be hold easily. 

Cost explanation : 

    - Those products are handmade by Japanese craftsmen. The shape of the animal is formed on a long steel plaque with little pliers. Each piece requires several very skilled artisans to complete that makes it unique. 

    -Food cutters like these ones are mainly to prepare food  in a professional setting, whether working as a cook, pastry chef or baker. It's quite rare to find such cutters in non-professional shops. We're glad to be able to share them with our customers.

    -Bestiary cutter should last for lifetime and more, they won't let you down !
