Product Description
The YO-U Small Santoku Knife 145mm features a gorgeous ‘Tsuchime’ hammered, 37-layer stainless steel blade, with VG10 a ‘super stainless steel’ at its core. This blade is heated in a kiln at a very high temperature, ice-hardened and then tempered once again at high heat, which ensures the blade is extremely strong, durable and sharp. Its handle is made from canvas-micarta, a durable material made from resin and linen.
