What we love about it:

  • Perfect for udon, miso soup, hot pot, or any kind of soup stock. 
  • Uses 8 carefully selected ingredients from around Japan including shiitake mushrooms from Miyazaki Prefecture, kelp from Hokkaido, and a blend of Gyokuro and Houjicha tea from Uji, Kyoto. Gyokuro is a premium green tea famous for its high umami-content. 
  • Can also be used as seasoning powder! Simply open the powder packet and sprinkle on vegetables, pasta, french fries, or anything you want to add a nice burst of umami to. 
  • Free of artificial flavorings and additives.
