Mino ware (美濃焼 Mino-yaki or Minoyaki) is Japanese ceramic-ware produced in Mino Province in Gifu Prefecture. Originating in the 7th century, it's the oldest type of Japanese pottery.
Details and Care:
- Dimensions: 21.3 cm (diameter) X 3.7 cm (height) (8.4 x 1.4 in)
- Hand wash with a soft sponge and detergent. Do not use steel wool or scrubbing brushes.
- Do not heat over an open flame. Do not move from one extreme temperature to another as the ceramic may crack.
- Not microwave safe
- Due to the nature of ceramics, there may be some slight bumps or uneven spots but rest assured that this is not a flaw.
- Official Studio Ghibli product.
- Made in Japan.
