Now you can enjoy one of Kyoto’s best ramen anywhere in the world. Ramen Kairikiya started out in Kitashirakawa in Kyoto and is said to be “the Kyoto ramen”.
This “Tokusei Shoyu Ramen” has the taste of street food and is Kairikiya’s signature dish. It is light but still has a depth of flavor which will definitely bring back your memories of Japan.
This product has 3 servings and contains 3 packs of noodles and 3 packs of soup.
Making Kairikiya at home is easy. Follow these 3 easy steps:
Step 1. Boil the noodles in a pot for 1.5-2mins
Step 2. Place the contents of the “soup” packet into your serving bowl and pour 270mL of boiling water into the bowl.
Step 3. Place the cooked noodles into the soup and add eggs, meat and your toppings of choice.
Pro tip: Before “Step 2”, place the “soup” packet into a pot of boiling water for 1min before pouring the contents into the bowel. It will bring out the flavours and keep your soup steaming hot for longer.
