Karaage is Japanese fried chicken and is super delicious and addictive! Perfect in bento as they are tasty even when room temperature or cold. They also make a great snack and are fantastic with a cold glass of beer. The Omai Karaage Flour mix allows you to make your own delicious karaage at home.
How to make karaage:
Simply mix Omai Karaage Flour with 100ml of water to create the batter. Dip your chicken breast or thighs into the batter and deep fry at 170-180°C in vegetable oil for 4 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to soak up excess oil.
