Okonomiyaki is Japanese food at it's best! Have you ever tried this great dish? Crispy omelette, steaming cabbage, meat slices and thick Okonomiyaki sauce make this dish a winner (and very popular all over Japan)!
Making Okonomiyaki is all about using the right flour- which is hard to find outside of Japan. Luckily, we have the best flour, ready to be sent to you!
This is top quality flour perfect for making Okonomiyaki!
To make delicious Okonomiyaki at home simply add things you can find at your local supermarket, cabbage, eggs, pork or others meats and water.
Start with mixing the flour with 150ml water, then add cabbage and egg - mix firmly.
Pepare a hot plate or pan on high heat, spread your omelette mix and let it rest for few minutes, then add your meat on top, flip it and watch it all cook down.
Finally add Okonomiyaki sauce, sold here - and just like that you've cooked a perfect Okonomiyaki at home!

From 1 July 2021, import VAT is payable on all goods entering the EU, irrespective of their value.
