How to make karaage:
Simply mix Nisshin Karaage Flour with Garlic with 100ml of water to create the batter. Dip your chicken breast or thighs into the batter and deep fry at 170-180°C in vegetable oil for 4 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to soak up excess oil.
TIP: For a stronger flavor, marinate the chicken in the batter for about 10 minutes.
