This very rare, Meiji-Era small kettle features a striking shape and is made from copper, famous for its excellent heat conductivity and retention as well as its antibacterial qualities. The hand-hammered surface increases heat absorption and also creates a mesmerizing visual effect, enhanced by the glossy black oxidization of the copper.

Use for boiling water, for steeping tea, or for warming sake (its original purpose!)
