The Fuku Cochae Series features traditional Japanese symbols and figures that represent "fuku" (good luck/blessing). The exposed pattern changes depending on the wrapping method, making these whimsical wrapping cloths a delight to use and show off!

What we love about it:

  • The red "daruma" (traditional doll) and white "maneki-neko" (beckoning cat) are featured charmingly on an "Ichimatsu" checkered pattern which symbolizes continuity, development and prosperity. The daruma is said to ward off evil spirits, and the maneki-neko to welcome good luck!
  • Beautiful shiny gold accents
  • 70 cm size makes it big enough to wrap a shokado or picnic sized bento box, a present, or even a wine bottle!

Details:

  • 70 x 70 cm (27.6″ x 27.6″)
  • Made from 100% cotton.
  • Made in Japan
