The Damascus Navy Blue Santoku Knife 17cm is a beautiful all-purpose knife that can be used for meat, fish, fruits and vegetables. Made by Yaxell, a Japanese knife-maker based in Seki city, Japan’s ‘sword capital’ with a history spanning over 7 centuries. 
Applying the knowledge and technique of traditional sword making, Yaxell’s kitchen knives are handmade with the utmost precision.
