The Bento Book looks like a beautiful old book with gilded carvings, and it is a practical bento box that allows you to organize so studious meals. With its easily removable inner compartment, you can choose whether you want to separate the different ingredients.
Hakoya's craftsmen print famous Japanese paintings on bento boxes following the ancient method of Makie. This refined technic needs many years to be mastered!
Sharaku : This is a work from Sharaku, one of the most famous Japanese painters of the 19th century. In spite of his popularity, this painter activity period only lasted for 10 months! This unique painting shows a Kabuki actor.
