Miniatuart | Spirited Away: Haku and Chihiro

SKU MP07-58

Made in Kyoto, Japan by Sankei.

Miniatuart Ghibli models are kits of laser-cut paper pieces that are assembled to create intricate 3-D dioramas of scenes from Studio Ghibli movies. While they might seem intimidating because they are intricate, these models are totally doable and just require a bit of time and patience—with magical results!

Simply cut out and glue together.

Miniatuart | Spirited Away: Haku and Chihiro depicts the scene where Haku gives Chihiro a rice ball to comfort her. Medium-level difficulty, with a build time of approximately 2-hours. The kit comes in a box that serves as a base for the finished model. The model can also fit nicely inside of the box, making it easy to store and transport.

Established in 1963 in Kyoto, Japan, Sankei began by creating models of historic architecture for museum exhibitions and this “museum-level” attention to detail is reflected in their Miniatuart models.
