Karaage is Japanese Fried Chicken and it is super delicious and addictive. They make great snacks and go well with just about any meal.
This pre-seasoned flour mix allows you to make your own karaage at home.
Simply mix the flour it with 100ml of water to create the batter. Dip your chicken breast or thighs into the batter and deep fry it in 170-180°C vegetable oil for 4 minutes. Remove and place it on some paper towels.
Serve with some Kewpie Mayonnaise or however you like.
