To make delicious Okonomiyaki at home simply add things you can find at your local supermarket, cabbage, eggs, pork or others meats and water.
Start with mixing the flour with 150ml water, then add cabbage and egg - mix firmly.
Pepare a hot plate or pan on high heat, spread your omelette mix and let it rest for few minutes, then add your meat on top, flip it and watch it all cook down.
Finally add Okonomiyaki sauce, sold here - and just like that you've cooked a perfect Okonomiyaki at home!
