Once you've had the real deal, instant ramen will never taste the same. However, getting the broth just right- let alone finding the ingredients for it- is notoriously difficult. Make real Japanese ramen at home with our authentic ramen kits!

Product Description 

The Kanto Ramen Kit includes ingredients to make two different ramen styles from the Kanto region: Tokyo Shoyu (soy sauce) and Yokohama Shio (salt) ramen (one serving of each). Made by real ramen shops in Kanto, these delicious ramen styles have a lighter base than tonkotsu or miso ramen styles- and are great for lovers of salty and umami flavors!

Each kit contains dried noodles and soup mix to make the secret broth that gives ramen its full flavor. Once you've made your ramen, add your favorite toppings, such as a hardboiled egg (ajitsuke tamago), sliced pork (chashu), or bamboo shoots (menma).

Each kit makes two servings. 


Aged dry noodles- 80 g x 2
Soy sauce soup mix- 36 g x 1
Salt soup mix- 40 g x 1

  • Salt
  • Sauce: soy, pork broth, sake, plant oil

Cooking Directions 

1. In a large pot, for every one bag of noodles, bring two liters of water to a boil on the stove.
2. Add the dried noodles to the boiling water. With the heat on high, stir the noodles for a minute until they are separated. Reduce to medium heat and boil the noodles until the consistency is to your liking (many people in Japan prefer noodles with a semi-hard center!)
4. Turn off the heat. Add the soup packet and stir throughly, making sure to separate noodles that are stuck together.
5. Add your preferred ramen toppings and enjoy!
