Yukari-chan is Japan’s best-selling furikake since 1970.
This furikake is made with the purple leaves of the perilla plant (also known as the beefsteak plant or Shiso) mixed with salt for a fresh, tart, salty flavor. Delicious!
We recommend adding about one or two tablespoons per 320 grams of rice, but of course you can add as much as you please!
Perfect for adding a special flavor when making onigiri.
