Each pack of our Cooking Chopsticks consist of 2 pairs of Japanese chopsticks.
Cooking Chopsticks (or saibashi in Japanese) are not for eating but for food preparation. Much longer and thicker than normal chopsticks (hashi), these bamboo chopsticks are used for stirring food in a frying pan.
In Japan, cooking chopsticks are often used for deep-frying foods, like tempura, and for beating eggs. They are also very useful for cooking with deep pots.

- Do not put the chopsticks in the oven or near an open flame. Do not soak them for too long. Be sure to wash and dry them after use.
