Valentine's day is almost here and it's time to share the amazing bento ideas and pictures i received throughout the week. I was really impressed by the sheer enthusiasm our participants put into their cooking.
Bento Weekend 23 Theme "A bento for two" was the ideal opportunity to create bentos you could share with all your relatives (and especially your valentine). I strongly suggest all our readers to try these advices and recipes at home.

The first contribution is Ariani's bento. She sent us this cute pic including two slightly different variations of the same bento for her young kids.

What's in : Homemade vegetables muffins with carrot & cheese on top, milk jelly with nata de coco, Temakizushi, broccoli, sliced carrots, sausages, and fruits (Kiwi, Grapes,Banana).
I bet her children love their super mama's cooking. Mum of the Year? (^^ )

This weekend, Isabelle is going to the Paris Manga show held in the south of the French capital. Below is the special lunch for 2 she is planning to bring there for a picnic. This is so cute!
The little Sandwiches are Moricette style, from Alsace in the north of france with local cured ham and it says that the bread tastes like bretzel!
Roni mailed me a romantic picture of her valentine's bento. It is packed in the orange version of our Lunch Bowl Hana Box. Inside is stir fried namul (a korean vegetable dish) and flattened eggs. Great isn't it ?

The first bento box is packed with temakizushi, carrot, Gunkan maki and cherry tomatoes. In the upper box lie sushi rice, with nori, hard-boiled yellow egg, shrimp and eggplant tempura.
