The Sushi Roller is the perfect tool for creating makizushi or sushi rolls of all kinds.
Made of a pale green flexible plastic, the surface of the Sushi Roller is stick-resistant. Even inside-out type rolls (where the rice is on the outside) like California rolls that can get rather messy when made with regular bamboo sushi mats, are easy to make with the Sushi Roller.
Dimensions: 260 × 257 mm (10.3" x 10.1").
Made of polypropylene. Dishwasher safe. Not microwave safe!
