This 24 cm long knife (9.4") and 13,4cm long (5.2") wooden handle, will not only make you a masterchef in the sashimi making, but also help you cutting thin and long slices of roastbeef or smoked salmon for your carpaccio. This knife is sharpened on one side only, as all sashimi knives are.

Forged in Japan in the Niigata prefecture, well-known for their fantastic blades.
