The Ojyu Bento box is a box of the highest quality and craftsmanship. Both its painted motifs and its two compartments are superb. This gorgeous box is available in two colors: Black and Red. Please choose one from the pulldown menu when ordering.

Product Description

Oiyu Bento is a square shaped, two-tier bento box. Each compartment has its own flexible, leak-resistant inner lid. The out side of the box and the outer lid are decorated with a beautiful and dramatic flower pattern, with a purposefully weathered look. The flowers soften the straight lines of the box, and complement the background color. More than just a bento box, it’s a beautiful box to own and display.

A black elastic bento band is included. (Consider getting the matching Ojyu Bag to carry this beautiful box in style!)

While this is a two-tier bento, if you purchase two of these you can build a great looking four-tier bento - perfect for having dinner while watching a good film, with a surprise in each compartment (for an example, take a look at the photos).

Composition and care

The bento box is made of PET and ABS (safe temperature range: -20°C to 140°C (-4°F to 284°F)) and is dishwasher safe. The inner lid is made of polyethylene (safe temperature range: -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F)) and should be handwashed.

The box is microwave safe with the inner and outer lids removed. (Use for heating up food briefly, e.g. 2 minutes at 700 watts, not for long-duration cooking.)

Do not place in the oven or near an open flame.
