The New Krewrap (in japanese, say "kurey wrap" !), is going to change your life ! This well-recognized household wrapping film in Japan is a little revolution in its field.
This is the first food wrap film launched in Japan so that Mr and Mrs Tanaka could wrap any remaining food. It became one of the must-have tool in every japanese kitchen.
Here on Bento&Co, you can buy 2 different New Krewrap : the 22cm (8.6") long one, or the 15cm (5.9") long one. The New Krewrap is available singly, as a set of 2 which is cheaper. Please choose from the pulldown menu when ordering.
You must probably wonder why we offer japanese plastic film although you have everything you need in your local grocery ? Here are 5 good reasons that should convince you to pick them up :
- 1) Japanese expatriates are positive : in France, in the US, in Germany, in England, or anywhere else, food wrap film is too easily torn up, curled up and shriveled up, well just not practical.
- 2) Withstands temperature is between -60°C and 140°C (-76°F and 284°F) so it's freezer and microwave safe !
- 3) The two widths available (22 cm and 15cm) are much more likable than the 30cm long one you can find everywhere. Use it for a bowl, a piece of lemon, your kid's unfinished yoghurt or of course, your bento box.

Be careful with very fat ingredient. While microwaving, oil can heat and distort the cellophane.
