Benriner is a high-quality mandoline designed for professionals.
This collection includes 3 different mandolines : CLASSIC, SUPER and JUMBO.
1. Benriner CLASSIC - 3 blades, 2.5" wide, white
Its main asset, in addition to the three interchangeable blades, is that it allows you to choose the exact thickness of what you're cutting, thanks to its adjustable level.
The flat blade allows you to slice cucumbers, potatoes and onions. Adjust the level and make slices from 0.3mm to 5mm thick (0.011" to 0.2"). Just turn the screw beneath the mandoline clock-wise for thin slices and counter clock-wise for thicker slices.
The three interchangeable blades :
- a thin blade for very thin juliennes from 0.3mm 2mm (adjusting the level)
- a medium blade for juliennes from 0.3mm to 3mm (idem)
- a coarse blade for juliennes from 0.3mm to 4mm (idem)
To attach the blades, turn the screws on both sides of the mandoline.
Dimensions : 31.5cm long (12.4") and 9.2cm wide (3.6"), the cutting surface is 6.4cm wide (2.51").
2. Benriner SUPER - 3 blades, 3.75" wide, white

Dimensions : 34 cm long (13.4") and 13 cm wide (5.1"). the cutting surface is 9.5cm wide (3.7").
3. Benriner JUMBO - 1 blade, 4.72" wide, green.
